C.F. Maier Composites specializes in custom fiberglass manufacturing. Our family-run business has been producing high-quality FRP parts for over 25 years. We are experts in our industry for product design, development, prototyping and full production. As a member of the international C.F. Maier Group, we are able to provide our customers with the resources of a large corporation in a small business setting.
Our fiberglass manufacturing involves items that include, but are not limited to, aquaculture tanks, RV bodies, sail boats, recreational structures, fiberglass buildings, stock tanks, trailer bodies and countless other unique and purposeful parts.
Our Fiberglass Services
We have experience in developing reinforced composite parts for high stress or high impact uses. The widespread use of fiber reinforced products has quickly evolved, because there is virtually no size restriction, a vast amount of design flexibility, durability, and corrosion resistance.
Model & Mold Making
Our knowledgeable designers can create high-quality fiberglass models and molds. The proper model and mold design is essential for an efficient production and a flawless final product.
We work hand-in-hand with our customers to create a product that captures both the functionality and appearance of the initial design.
Our skilled workers are trained in three types of fiberglass composites fabrication: spray-up lamination, hand lay-up lamination and vacuum assisted RTM (resin transfer molding).
Final Finish Process
In order to provide our clients with quality customized products, we have a versatile production with experts in carpentry, CNC cutting, professional painting and metal work.
Low to Mid-Volume Production
With our two locations in Colorado and over 100,000 sq. ft. of production floor, we have the capacity to provide our customers with a low to mid-volume production.
We offer delivery in the Denver Metro area, and we also have the capability of drop shipping our customer’s orders. They send us the shipping details and we produce, assemble and ship the finished goods directly to the buyer.
